Texting program of Joseph Rios’s volunteer phone
bank (DFW Noise)
Effective October 29, 2026
Joseph Rios’s volunteer phone bank (DFW Noise) sends text messages to volunteers who opt in: shift reminders, schedule changes, and program updates. Messages are sent from the program number, (817) 518-1007.
You opt in by checking the optional “Yes, text me about volunteering” box on the sign-up form at join.dfwnoise.com and submitting the form. The box starts unchecked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of signing up, volunteering, or any purchase.
Message frequency varies with volunteer activity — typically a few messages per week while campaigns are active. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at [email protected]. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and network coverage.
The program is for U.S. mobile numbers. By opting in you confirm the number is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Volunteer calls are placed through the phone bank system from (817) 518-1007; your personal number is never shown to voters. Please use the system only for the volunteer calling you signed up for.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page. Questions: [email protected].
